Should you need to return a product, simply contact us, and we will happily arrange a reverse pickup for most locations across India. If you receive any opened merchandise, please feel free to reject it at the time of delivery.

  • We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any sale items, opened, or used products.

  • Auli Lifestyle is not liable for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered.

Upon receiving your returned product at our nearest warehouse, we will promptly initiate your refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified of the refund status via SMS and email.
