Dispute Resolution Requirement : Please note that any disputes or claims regarding your order will only be addressed if accompanied by an opening video of the package. This video must clearly capture the unboxing process, including the condition of the package, contents, and labels. Without this evidence, we regret that we will be unable to entertain any complaints or resolutions.
